Hi, I’m Alex — a Family Nurse Practitioner, Doctor of Nursing Practice and the founder of Care by Alex Holistic Health & Wellness. I started this practice because I saw how often healthcare leaves people feeling rushed, unheard, or treated like a number. My mission is to change that by creating a space where your care feels personal, transparent, and curated just for you.

With a background in urgent care, women’s health, and integrative medicine, I blend evidence-based medical practice with holistic strategies to support your whole health. Whether we’re working on hormone balance, weight management, nutrition, or preventive care, I want you to feel empowered and supported every step of the way.

Outside of medicine, I value family, connection, and helping people feel confident in themselves. I believe health is the foundation for living fully, and I’m honored to be part of your journey.
