In this class, we do slow stretches, easy breathing, and calming poses to help your body feel stronger and more relaxed. Moving your body this way can help your blood sugar stay in a healthy range and improve how you feel every day.

You don’t need to be flexible or know yoga—this class is safe and easy for all levels. You can even do some poses in a chair if needed.

Yoga can also help you feel less stressed, which is really helpful for your body and your mind when you have diabetes.
