Price is per month and includes weekly 30 minute meetings via Zoom. Between meetings the client will have access to private messaging and video chatting with Katie, where together you will set and achieve your desired goals. The client will have access to logs and incentive programs along with additional resources to supplement the coaching program.
Bonus** access to a private Facebook group with weekly question and answers and access to a community of folks just like you!
