Service Description

Feeling like your body is changing in ways you can’t control?

During perimenopause, weight gain often shows up alongside stress, disrupted sleep, mood changes, and shifting hormones. This service is designed to help you understand what’s happening in your body, release the guilt and confusion, and learn practical, sustainable ways to feel better. Together, we’ll focus on restoring balance to your nervous system, improving sleep quality, easing stress, and supporting your body with hormone-friendly approaches that make sense for you.

- Explore your current challenges with weight, stress, and sleep

- Introduce hormone-friendly strategies for eating and daily rhythms
- Incorporate journaling or expressive practices to work through emotional triggers
- Create realistic next steps so you can feel empowered, supported, and steady in your body
