Service Description

Stress and overwhelm can take a serious toll on the body—racing thoughts, a rapid heartbeat, shallow breathing, and constant tension can leave you feeling drained. Vagus nerve exercises are gentle, science-backed practices that help regulate your nervous system, calm the body’s stress response, and bring a greater sense of safety and ease. These exercises can support relaxation, improve emotional balance, and restore energy, especially if you struggle with chronic stress, anxiety, trauma-related symptoms, or burnout.

What to expect
Sessions focus on simple, guided exercises that activate the vagus nerve to calm the body’s stress response. You’ll learn how to use breathwork, gentle movement, and body awareness techniques to engage your parasympathetic nervous system—the “rest and digest” state. These practices are safe, adaptable, and easy to integrate into daily life, so you’ll leave with practical tools you can use anytime you feel anxious, overwhelmed, or disconnected.

Why choose this service
What makes this approach unique is the integration of trauma-informed care with proven mind-body practices. Instead of only talking about stress, you’ll learn how to shift your nervous system in real time, creating a felt sense of safety in the body. With experience supporting veterans, service members, and individuals living with chronic conditions, this service is designed to meet you where you are—whether you’re navigating high anxiety, trauma recovery, or simply want better stress resilience.
