Hi, I’m Christine Sides, a coach based in Pennsylvania with over 20 years of experience helping people create change in their lives. My background is in counseling, and over time I saw how many people wanted support that was less about diagnosis and more about building momentum, clarity, and confidence. That’s why I now offer coaching for people who feel stuck and want practical, sustainable ways forward.
My approach is holistic—we’ll look at the whole picture of your life: work, home, relationships, health, energy, and the mindset patterns that either lift you up or hold you back. Coaching with me isn’t about one-size-fits-all advice. It’s about identifying what really matters to you and creating tools, habits, and perspectives that fit your life.
We’ll start with where you are now—what’s going well, what feels heavy, and what you’d like to shift. From there, we’ll define clear, achievable goals that feel motivating rather than overwhelming. You’ll leave that first session with a sense of direction and small next steps to get you moving.
I bring two decades of experience helping people untangle challenges and move toward what they want. Clients often say I help them see possibilities they couldn’t see on their own.
