CLASS: TAI CHI FOR ARTHRITIS AND FALL PREVENTION – QI GONG WARMUP EXERCISES
a) 12 sessions duration 15 minutes each OR
b) 6 sessions duration 30 minutes each.
LEARNING LEVEL: BEGINNER
Completion of these lessons can be followed by additional Qi Gong Warmup Practice sessions or the Tai Chi for Arthritis and Fall Prevention program. Course curriculum available upon request.
Lessons are standing exercises. Please advise if you need seated instruction.
