Stressed Out? Find A Better Way to Manage Everyday Life

Stress is an unavoidable part of life. No matter how hard we try to escape it, somehow stress finds its way to us. Many times, it’s not the event that causes stress, but rather how it’s perceived. The objective of this program is to identify stressors and discover better ways of tackling life’s challenges.
This package includes:
· 5 x 45-minute one-on-one coaching video sessions
· Activities which will help you identify and better manage stress
· Weekly check-in calls and/or email between sessions
· Short-term plan of action
Each new client will complete an intake form and coaching agreement prior to our first coaching session. Forms will be emailed to you.
Q: What is a coaching agreement?
A: The coaching agreement is a standard agreement that must be reviewed and signed before we begin our coaching sessions. The agreement lets clients know what you can expect during the coaching relationship, the number of coaching sessions you will have, as well as other things like the cancellation policy, refunds and confidentiality.
Q: What is your refund policy?
A: Coaching fees are typically non-refundable and refunds will be given on a case by case basis. Refunds will be for unused sessions only and are subject to a fee of 30% of the fees already paid. Sessions in which you are “no call/no show” will not be eligible for refunds.
