Service Description
This is the first session of a 4 part series. Stress isn’t going anywhere in our lives, and research shows that how we relate to it can make or break our health. Stress is not just what happens to you—it’s what happens inside you. In this first session, we’ll take stock of where you are right now, pinpoint one or two stressors you’d like to manage better, and set reasonable goals to start. You’ll learn foundational principles about stress in the body and mind, and some simple science-backed tools for managing it - discovering that you don’t need to eliminate stress—you can get better at handling it.
Service Requirements
You will receive a group coaching contract and brief intake form which should be completed prior to the first session.
