Spiritual Guidance Intuitive Soul Session (Connect with Spirit & Guides)

Welcome! I am grateful that you're interested in potentially working together - and I am looking forward to helping bring you into a more grounded, whole, and healed state in which anxiety, confusion, lethargy, exhaustion, illness, PTSD, and overthinking become a thing of the past as you connect more deeply to your Higher Self.

With over 30 years of therapeutic and spiritual counseling experience, I provide a safe space for exploration and expression of all the parts of you that want to be seen, heard, witnessed, acknowledged, appreciated, and respected. As a spiritual medium who can access your soul contract, I serve as a mirror for and give physical voice to all the parts of you that are hidden and unconscious - including receiving guidance from your Higher Self and Spirit Guides, which is always a fun and exciting. You'll learn how to access your Higher Self in any moment and learn to Trust the guidance instead of doubting it. ‍

HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL RECEIVE IN SESSION:

* Heal trauma and release anxiety, overthinking, and limiting beliefs through connecting to your HIghest Self live in session through deep hypnosis and meditation. This is especially effective for over-thinkers. The channeled spiritual frequencies will put you in a blissful trance where true clarity will emerge.

* Get clarity on your life questions, purpose and direction, and answers from your Higher Guidance System.

* Understand your unique spiritual gifts - and practice your spiritual gifts live in the session, if desired (usually reserved for my longer intensive packages). Many of my clients are interested in sharing their gifts professionally and earning an income, and I have specific mentoring packages for clients interested in such.

* Overcome self-sabotaging addictions (food, substances, overthinking).

* Feel YOUR own grounded energy in a safe and loving environment.

* Goal setting and accountability for forward momentum, in a non overwhelming way.

* Learn and practice The Elevation Protocol, a revolutionary Divinely inspired framework that will allow you to raise your vibration quickly to receive clear downloads and messages from Spirit (usually reserved for my longer intensive packages of 6 sessions).

* Learn intuition development strategies & trust your intuition.

I have developed a style of personal exploration that will help you get 'unblocked' so that you can gain more beauty, joy and Peace instead of worrying, stressing, or overthinking.

Sessions are always based around your needs. And that changes every day. I listen and feel very closely to your soul essence to help us discern what it is that you are asking for, underneath any confusion. As a result, your sessions will bring you CLARITY.

Please note that this session is NOT designed to be a psychic reading. It is a session based on what you need, what you need to explore, express, and to hear some loving messages and nudges from your Spirit Guides.
