My name is Gianna and I am a certified holistic health coach specializing in hormone health, adrenal fatigue, minerals and detoxification. In my practice, I utilize muscle testing, a tool helped to identify poor function within the body based on decreased muscle function. Because we live in such a toxic world today, our systems are continously exposed to pesticides, herbicides, heavy metals, parasites, mold, etc. This is why I believe in detoxing not only the liver, but the colon and lymphatic system as well. If you are not regularly moving your body, sweating or deep breathing, stagnation in the liver, colon, gallbladder and lymphatic system will occur and this is where problems start to arise.

My philosophy when it comes to healing, is a wholistic approach, meaning we must not only feed the body healing, nutritious foods, but we must also feed the mind and spirit because they are all connected.

Our first call will be 30 minutes, in which I will discuss my program and everything that I offer. This call will help us to find out if I am a good match for you in helping you reach your overall health goals.
After our 30-minute call, if you would like to sign up for a 90-minute consultation you will be able to do so and this will enroll you into my 12-week program. This will include

A: No, you are not obligated by any means, in fact, if you would like to work with me from month to month, we can discuss different plans.
