How to Prepare for Your Sound Bath Session

1. Set an Intention
Before your session, reflect on what you’d like to receive—peace, clarity, emotional release, or simply stillness. Setting an intention helps align your energy and opens space for deeper healing.

2. Stay Hydrated
Drink water before your session. Sound moves through water, and a hydrated body allows vibrations to travel more effectively through your system.

3. Dress Comfortably
Wear loose, cozy clothing. You’ll be lying down or seated in stillness, so comfort is key to fully relaxing into the experience.

4. Avoid Heavy Meals
Eat light about an hour or two before your session. A full stomach can distract from the sensations of the sound.

5. Arrive Calm and Unrushed
Give yourself a few minutes to settle in before we begin. Arriving early allows you to transition from your day into a quiet, grounded space.

6. Limit Stimulants
Skip caffeine or other stimulants if possible. A calm nervous system invites a more receptive state for sound healing.
