Shift Premium is our enhanced 6-month program offering. In addition to 1-hour coaching appointments twice a month, Shift Premium includes a pantry makeover, a customized 2-week meal plan and unlimited messaging in between appointments. We will dive into the specifics of what being healthy means to you and identify actionable ways to shift your habits into sustainable lifestyle changes.

I’m Katie, Integrative Nutrition Health Coach and Founder of Shift Wellness Collective.
I enrolled at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition after many years of dealing with my own health issues. For the longest time I viewed being “healthy” as intimidating and unattainable. As a result, my day-to-day life involved ongoing physical pain, disordered eating, anxiety and digestive issues.
After countless doctors appointments, inconsequential tests, and plans for surgical intervention, I finally reached my breaking point and decided to start focusing on small shifts instead of being consumed by the mainstream representation of health.
One of the most powerful lessons I learned during this exploration was that improving your well-being doesn’t require radical changes; being healthy is about consistently showing up for yourself day after day, in a way that nourishes your mind and your body.
By making meaningful shifts in my diet and lifestyle, I’ve been able to heal my relationship with food, significantly reduce my physical discomfort, get quality sleep and adequately manage my stress and anxiety.
