What to expect
Sessions integrate gentle somatic practices and breathwork tailored to your needs. You’ll be guided through body-based techniques that help reduce muscle tension, regulate breathing patterns, and quiet the stress response. These approaches are designed to restore a sense of safety in your body and give you strategies you can use at work, at home, or in moments of overwhelm. Sessions may also include journaling prompts or mindfulness tools to deepen your progress.

Why choose this service
Unlike traditional talk-only approaches, this service directly addresses how trauma lives in the body. By working with breath and somatic awareness, you’ll learn to regulate the physiological responses that fuel anxiety, panic, and stress. The approach is trauma-informed, supportive, and tailored specifically to the unique challenges first responders face—helping you move forward with strength and resilience.
