Private sessions offer personalized, trauma-informed mind-body support tailored to your goals, history, and needs. These one-on-one sessions provide a confidential, grounding environment for deeper exploration of movement, breath, and nervous system regulation.

Whether you’re navigating stress, burnout, trauma recovery, chronic tension, or simply prefer individualized guidance, each session is designed to meet you exactly where you are.

This work is informed by my 25+ years as a registered nurse and my specialized training in trauma-informed and Warriors at Ease military-specific yoga. Together, we’ll build a sustainable practice that supports resilience, healing, and reconnection to the body.

Service Requirements

• Optional: yoga blocks, bolster, or pillows
Clients will complete an intake questionnaire before the first session to support personalized planning.

Q: Do I need any prior experience to book a private session?
A: Not at all. Private sessions are ideal for beginners, returning practitioners, and anyone who prefers individualized guidance.


Q: What is your cancellation policy?
A: 24 hours notice is required for rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice cannot be refunded or rescheduled.
