Parent Coaching - ONE 60-min, ONE 15-min a month - *PLUS unlimited Contact*

This package includes 1 live session where we will discuss your goals and action steps for the weeks following. This can be bought on an ongoing basis each month. Your 15 minute session is available and optional to be scheduled when needed if you have a pressing issue you'd like to discuss face to face.
During the month following the session, you may email or text Laurel your questions to keep you on task. You may be sent homework or reminders to help you stay focused on your tasks and goals.

**This is not a crisis service. Laurel answers texts and emails during business hours only.

You must have access to a computer or phone for video conference calls, as well as email and text for ongoing communication.
