Service Description
Being able to speak in front of people, whether in a small group or in a large crowd, can significantly influence your success in life.
A lot of the things we do in our career and personal life have something to do with how we present ourselves in front of people.
Being able to speak clearly and confidently is a key factor succeeding in different situations in life.
For example, graduating students with good speaking skills can adapt faster at work. They can communicate well with colleagues and bosses because they know how to speak and present themselves well. It’s also important for when they need to make presentations to teammates and clients.
Leaders with excellent public speaking skills are able to communicate well with their people. They know what information to convey, and how to deliver it in a way that will be relevant and applicable to others.
But oftentimes, public speaking is something that people dread and fear. They avoid it at all cost, run away from it if they can. According to a known survey, public speaking is the number one fear of people. It even surpasses fear of death or fear of heights.
Experts have revealed that fear of public speaking is linked with fear of judgment or fear of rejection. When people are faced with the task of speaking in front of a lot of people, their brains immediately kick into flight mode. They perceive the idea of speaking in front of others as a threat, so their hearts start to beat faster and their palms sweat profusely. All these are because of the things that are happening inside the brain.
If you book a coaching session with me, I will help you peel off these layers doubt and fear. I will help you strategize so you can make that first speech, presentation, or report in front of your audience.

FAQs
Q: How does life coaching work?
A: Life coaching is a powerful process where a coach helps people fulfill their God-given potential and life purpose. The coachee (person being coached) identifies the challenges or issues that he/she needs to overcome, and through the help of a coach, sets workable goals that will allow him/her to experience breakthrough. Coaching is a very powerful process because it empowers people to think about their situation with intentionality, and identify the things that will help them achieve the goals that they have set out for themselves.
Q: What happens during a coaching session?
A: At the beginning of our program, we will set your coaching goal. Then we will break it into manageable chunks, which will be the basis for our coaching sessions. Every coaching session that you'll have with me will be part of an ongoing conversation that is geared toward helping you achieve your goals. All sessions will be results-oriented, which means that we always start by identifying what you want to take away after our conversation. Our conversations will follow a simple framework that will keep us focused on your desired results. This includes asking you questions that will give you the chance to think through the factors that influence your situation. We always end a coaching session with a solid plan for the week ahead. You commit to work on this plan, and I commit to hold you accountable for the actions that you commit to do.
Q: How long are the coaching sessions?
A: The sessions are 45 minutes in length. Although, there may be instances when we need to extend a few more minutes before we end a session. There is no additional fee for when this happens.
Q: How many sessions do I need?
A: A coaching journey is different for every person. Thus, the number of sessions you need largely depends on what you want to achieve. Most people sign up for coaching programs with specific goals in mind. Oftentimes, these are big goals that need to be broken down into smaller goals. These smaller goals are the focus for the coaching sessions, which when completed will bring them toward their overall desired results. This means that a coaching program will look different for every person, ultimately influencing the number of sessions a persons need to commit to.
Q: What will I have to do to make this work?
A: For coaching to work, you must be committed to make change happen in your life. You must be willing to do everything necessary to complete all the action steps you set for yourself. Most of all, you need to be totally open and honest about your self and your situations, and you must be willing to dig deeper into your life so you can get the answers you need. Your level of commitment to a coaching relationship will directly influence the speed at which you will achieve your desired results. My role as a coach is that of a facilitator. I steer the conversations toward the right direction and ask the right questions. I commit to hold you accountable for your commitments and to encourage you in every step that you take.
Q: What is your cancellation policy?
A: Cancellations are not allowed, but you are welcome to reschedule. If you wish to reschedule, please do so at least 48 hours before the scheduled session.
Q: What happens if I miss a session?
A: "No shows" will be charged the full amount for the session.
