Find calm for your mind and comfort for your body

When anxiety shows up in the stomach, it can feel overwhelming—tightness, cramping, bloating, constipation, or urgent trips to the bathroom. Stress and high anxiety often disrupt digestion, leaving you with a “nervous belly” that affects your daily life. This service is designed to help you regulate your nervous system, ease stomach upset, and restore a sense of calm so your body and mind can finally work together instead of against each other.

What to expect

- Explore your body’s stress responses and how they affect your digestion
- Use simple, accessible breathwork techniques to calm both your gut and nervous system
- Practice gentle somatic movements and body awareness to reduce muscle tension and stomach sensitivity
- Build practical strategies you can use at home or in stressful situations, such as self-regulation exercises or journaling for nervous system release
- You’ll leave with clear, doable practices you can rely on whenever anxiety begins to upset your stomach.

Why choose this service
Many approaches to digestive issues focus only on the physical body or only on the mind. This service bridges both—helping you calm your nervous system so your stomach can settle. The work combines proven mind-body techniques that are trauma-informed, gentle, and tailored to your unique needs. It’s not about pushing harder, but about teaching your body how to find safety, regulation, and ease again.
