Your body is designed for resilience, but pain, leakage, core weakness, and fatigue can leave you feeling limited, disconnected, or unsure of what’s “normal.” The Move to Resilience Pelvic Health Coaching Program is a guided journey to help you restore strength, balance, and confidence through a holistic approach that blends science, mindfulness, and movement.

What to Expect

Personalized Coaching — Each session is tailored to your body’s needs, whether you’re managing incontinence, rebuilding postpartum, or addressing pelvic pain.

Pelvic Floor Awareness & Training — Learn how to down-train (relax) and up-train (strengthen) your pelvic floor using a combination of breathwork, mindful yoga-inspired movements, and PfilAtes (Pelvic Floor Pilates).

Mind-Body Integration — Develop resilience by practicing mindful breathing, guided awareness, and gentle movement that calm the nervous system while building strength.

Practical Self-Care Tools — Learn strategies to support your pelvic health in everyday life—whether that’s carrying your baby, working long hours, or managing stress.

Progressive Roadmap — Sessions build on one another, helping you gradually restore function, build resilience, and move toward lasting change.
