Chronic stress can produce anxiety, depression; negatively impact your health through high blood pressure, cardiovascular disease, gastrointestinal issues and poor sleep; and affect the relationships in your life. Mindfulness and meditation are evidence-based practices that are proven to reduce stress and improve overall well-being. With as little as 10 minutes per day you can learn mindfulness meditation and all you need to focus on is your breath. I'll teach you the rest:-)
