Using neuroscience, yogic philosophy, meditation, neural reprogramming and restructuring, and intuition, your life can be transformed by learning to harness the power of your thoughts and mind instead of letting them control you. Most people begin mindfulness training when they are feeling in a slump or they identify something negative in their life, but other individuals seeing to manifest more in their reality or simply train their mind find benefit as well.
