Service Description
You provide your goals and your current weight and height and I will create a meal plan consisting of 10 breakfasts, lunches, and dinners to help you meet your goals. Calorie and macro needs are included in your breakdown; however, it is the responsibility of the client to make sure all meals match their own breakdown. You will be provided with my build a better plate PDF which breaks down how to see results without tracking calories or macros if tracking your own calories and macros is too overwhelming. You can choose this option without a consultation or with a consultation (additional fees apply).
