You’ll leave with clear, science-backed strategies (and none of the shame or fluff). Because healthy living doesn’t have to suck...and you don’t have to do it alone!

Q: What can I expect during the session?
A: You’ll receive personalized support tailored to your goals, lifestyle, and needs. We’ll start with a review of your current habits, explore what’s working (and what’s not), and co-create a plan rooted in lifestyle medicine to help you feel better in your body and mind—without the pressure, shame, or overwhelm.
Q: What happens after the consultation?
A: After your session, you’ll leave with an action plan for your goal(s) and a digital toolkit with recommended next steps and helpful resources. You’ll also get a follow-up email within a week to check in on your progress and provide additional encouragement.
Q: Is this a coaching session or a medical appointment?
A: This is a lifestyle medicine consultation, not a medical diagnosis or treatment session. It’s an educational and behavior-focused experience that complements, not replaces, care from your licensed healthcare providers. I’ll always encourage you to consult your doctor before making major changes!
Q: Will we talk about weight loss?
A: We take a weight-inclusive and health-focused approach, which means we focus on habits that support your physical and mental well-being—regardless of body size. If weight is a concern for you, we’ll talk about it with compassion, but the priority is helping you feel energized, empowered, and supported in your health journey.
Q: Can I book additional sessions after this?
A: Yes! While this is a standalone service, you're welcome to book follow-up sessions or enroll in one of my other coaching or fitness memberships if you’d like ongoing support. We'll discuss those options at the end of your consultation if you're interested.
Q: What’s your cancellation/rescheduling policy?
A: I ask for at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your session. Sessions canceled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours’ notice may be forfeited.
