Service Requirements
Every new client must fill out an Intake Form and a Release and Waiver of Liability form which will be provided before our first session.

Q: Do you have a cancellation policy?
A: You get 50% back of all unused sessions.
Q: Can I reschedule?
A: Yes. You can reschedule up to two sessions at least 24 hours before the scheduled session.
Q: What will coaching do for me?
A: A life coach can help you gain clarity, break through obstacles, and provide guidance to achieve your personal and professional goals while fostering growth and balance in your life.
Q: How is coaching different from counseling or therapy?
A: Coaching is different from counseling or therapy, where the focus is on identifying and healing from past trauma, and it’s not consulting, where advice and instructions are provided. However, through coaching, many clients discover areas in their lives that need attention, which can sometimes spark a deeper healing process. If I believe therapy would be beneficial for you, I will always refer you to a licensed therapist or counselor. It's important to note that coaching is not a substitute for psychotherapy.
