Service Description

This one-on-one consultation includes a full intake, health history review, symptom analysis, and guided testing recommendations based on your goals. Whether you're dealing with hair thinning, fatigue, or hormone concerns, we’ll create a clear plan to uncover the root causes and start your restoration journey. (Required before beginning any program.)

In-Person Consultation Requirements

To prepare for your in-clinic consultation at Texas Hair Restoration and Wellness Center, please follow the instructions below:

1. Complete Your Intake Form
After booking, you will receive a secure intake form via email or text. This must be completed at least 24 hours before your appointment.
Includes questions about your health history, hair and scalp concerns, current products, and lifestyle stressors.

2. Arrive Early
Please arrive 10 minutes early for check-in and pre-session preparation.
Late arrivals may reduce your session time.

3. Scalp and Hair Preparation
Come with clean hair and scalp, washed the night before your appointment.
Avoid using leave-ins, oils, gels, or sprays on the day of your visit.
Hats or scarves may be worn, but please be prepared to remove them during your scalp evaluation.

4. What to Bring
A list or photos of all hair products, supplements, and medications you are currently using.
Any recent lab work or wellness test results optional but helpful.

5. What to Wear
Wear clothing that allows easy access to your scalp. Ponytails and buns are fine, but you may be asked to loosen or remove them during the session.

6. Consent and Wellness Agreement
You will be asked to sign a consent form and service agreement upon arrival.
This consultation includes advanced non-invasive wellness tools and is provided by a Certified Trichologist and Functional Wellness Practitioner. It does not replace medical diagnosis or treatment.

7. Payment and Policies
A deposit or full payment is required to secure your appointment.
Please provide at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. Missed appointments or late cancellations may incur a fee.
