Service Description
It is my pleasure to provide an introduction and answer any questions relating to the meditative practices of Yoga Nidra and co-meditation dyads. These practices are rooted in ancient traditions of meditation which have been adapted for modern people. Both of these practices are accessible to everyone with no prior experience of meditation necessary
This free consultation is a chance for us to meet, talk about what you're seeking, and explore how these practices might support you. I'll explain what to expect in a session, answer any questions you may have, and ensure you feel comfortable moving forward. There's no obligation—just a warm and open space to connect and see if it's a good fit.
iRest® Yoga Nidra is a guided meditation practice that leads you through deep relaxation and self-inquiry. Practiced lying down or seated, it gently supports you in welcoming your thoughts, feelings, and sensations just as they are—without needing to change or fix anything. Over time, this practice helps you access an underlying sense of ease, peace, and inner wholeness.
Dyad Co-Meditation is a one-on-one, spoken form of meditation. In a dyad, you are invited to share your present-moment experience while being compassionately guided and fully heard. It’s a simple yet powerful way to bring awareness and healing to whatever is arising within you—emotionally, physically, or spiritually. You’ll be supported in staying connected to your own inner wisdom throughout.
