Holli Cavalluzzi is a yoga instructor passionate about wellness and dedicated to the craft of writing.
Her academic journey includes earning a Master of Arts in Liberal Studies from UNC-Wilmington in 2017 and obtaining a Bachelor of Science degree in Sociology from Appalachian State. Holli's commitment to the art of yoga is showcased through her certification as a 500-hour teacher by Yoga Alliance (Hatha), and her extended experience in various yoga styles, including Vinyasa, and body-mind centering.
In her quest for knowledge and self-discovery, Holli explored the fascinating world of applied mythology by receiving a certificate from Pacifica Graduate Institute's summer program in 2021. Furthermore, she completed a comprehensive 9-month Ayurveda course, further enhancing her understanding of holistic well-being. Holli's studies also extend to the profound realm of yoga philosophy, reflecting the art's deeper aspects.
Today, Holli shares yoga through both online and in-person classes, providing students with a well-rounded yoga experience. Beyond her yoga practice, Holli is a talented poet, channeling her creativity into expressive and meaningful words. She also explores the captivating world of aerial arts, particularly silks, adding a touch of artistry to her holistic journey.
