This visit includes a thorough review of your health history, your reasons for seeing an herbalist and a written up Holistic Health Plan. Plans include herbal recommendations, dietary changes, lifestyle changes, nutritional supplements, and complementary therapies. You will purchase recommended herbs from reputable outside sources provided.

You will receive two forms upon sign up via email - (1) Client Intake Form (2) Client Waiver. Please complete within 24 hours of your appointment time.

Cancellation Policy: If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please notify us by email within at least 24 hours advance notice (mrg5347@gmail.com). Be advised that you will be charged 50% of the anticipated cost of your scheduled appointment if cancelled with less than 24 hours notice. Thank you for your consideration!
