9 years ago, I suffered a major health scare that changed my life. From that experience, I have educated myself on the healing power of nutrition and overall wellness in our mind, body, and soul. It is all a perfect storm that comes together, one step and decision at a time. My goal is to empower and motivate others to achieve their goals through mindful nutritional choices and lifestyle planning.
