Guided Aroma Point Therapy (APT) for Emotional Wellness and Personalized Support
Aroma Point Therapy, or APT, is a gentle way to help your emotions feel more balanced using the power of smell and light touch.
In this calming session, we use essential oils—natural plant scents like lavender or orange—and place them on special spots on your body (like your hands, chest, or feet). These spots are connected to your emotions and nervous system.
When we add the right scent to the right spot, it helps your body feel calmer, your mind feel clearer, and your heart feel more peaceful—like a soft hug from nature.
At the end of your session, you’ll receive a custom protocol made just for you, with easy-to-follow instructions and diluted essential oil suggestions. You can use this at home whenever you need a moment of calm or comfort.
This is a great tool if you feel worried, sad, or stressed—and want a safe, natural way to feel better.

I’m Sherry Steine, a Certified Aromatherapist, Yoga Therapist-in-training, and RYT-500 Therapeutic Yoga Teacher specializing in stress management, burnout, emotional wellness and restorative healing for women over 50. Through my own journey of transformation, I’ve learned that healing is not one-size-fits-all—it’s deeply personal, and it begins with slowing down and listening to what your body, mind, and spirit truly need.
I help women who are burned out from caregiving, struggling with chronic stress, recovering from or navigating cancer, or navigating challenges like vertigo, insomnia, anxiety, and emotional overwhelm. My work draws from years of study in Traditional Chinese Medicine and Ayurveda—ancient systems of healing that bring powerful insight into the energetic root of imbalance. These wisdom traditions guide the way I use essential oils, acupressure, marma points, yoga practices, and lifestyle tools to support your unique constitution and life stage.
Whether you're in need of nervous system support, emotional grounding, or deep energetic realignment, I offer a therapeutic blend of trauma-informed yoga, Yin and Restorative practices, Aroma Acupoint Therapy, and customized aromatherapy. These sessions are gentle yet powerful, offering relief from emotional heaviness, physical discomfort, and spiritual fatigue.
