Grievers Deep Gratitude Sanctuary (3rd Sunday)

A space to be real, raw, vulnerable co-held by all members fostering trust and belonging. Beyond judgments, we deeply listen and witness what is being experienced by others and within us. We acknowledge the truth of the systems that perpetuate challenges and suffering and remain open to potential possibilities to inch towards greater liberation gently and compassionately.

Drop-ins ok & if show up after the start -time, be super-mindful that someone may be deep sharing.

Purpose: To support full expression of heavy hearts or the turmoil of emotional & mental suffering in a safe container that can pave the way to more balance in our life and overtime greater harmony in how we relate to others in our lives

To do this we agree to foster collective mourning practices that:

reconnect with our shared humanity optimistic of increasing our personal and collective capacity to be in flow and evolve
hold with tenderness the systemic lens, while building fostering resilience and empowerment thru community
embody the soft qualities that are an antidote to Patriarchy and support life energy to move
