As a certified Life Coach and Counselling Therapist Student, I specialize in Grief and Bereavement, Stress Management, and Life Circumstances. I understand that these are not just areas of expertise but deeply personal experiences that shape our lives.
Grief has always played a significant role in my life; it shaped me as the person I am today.
We all experience grief differently, like moving to a new place, going through a divorce or changing a job. We might grieve when we lose a loved one or family member, or some of us lose a beloved pet.
All this can make us feel emotionally drained and hopeless. It can cause stress, and we feel overwhelmed. In the end, it leaves us stuck and eventually unable to move forward with our lives.
However, with the proper support and guidance, we cannot only cope with these challenges but also transform our lives profoundly and positively.
