Functional Health Assessment (90-min)
Collaborative plan regarding necessary labs and next steps
Detailed follow-up visit to discuss your results and make a personalized treatment plan (50-min)
Help ordering labs is provided as well as blood lab orders created for you using LabCorp or Vibrant Wellness
Includes recommendations of vitamins and supplements through Fullscript, options around custom formulated supplementation if needed.
