Comprehensive Initial Assessment (1 Hour – for New Clients)
We’ll start with a deep dive into your full health history, current symptoms, lifestyle, and goals. You’ll receive a personalized wellness plan with practical steps for nutrition, supplementation, stress support, and more.

Three 1-Hour Follow-Up Sessions (4 1-Hour if you're an existing client)
In each session, we’ll assess your progress, troubleshoot challenges, and adjust your plan as needed. These sessions offer ongoing support, accountability, and refinement tailored to your evolving needs.

Personalized Action Plans After Each Visit
You’ll receive updated recommendations after each session—no cookie-cutter advice, just clear next steps based on what your body needs now.

Email Support Between Sessions
Stay connected with direct email access for clarification, simple check-ins, or questions in between appointments.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
Your appointment time is reserved just for you. Out of respect for both your time and mine, please review the following cancellation terms:

Full Refund – Cancellations made 24 hours or more in advance of your scheduled appointment will receive a full refund.

50% Refund – Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will receive a 50% refund, as this time has been set aside specifically for you.

No Refund – No-shows or missed appointments without notice are non-refundable.
