What to Expect
In each session, we’ll work together using gentle, body-based approaches to help you feel grounded and safe. You may be guided through simple breathwork, mindful movement, and grounding exercises that reestablish the mind-body connection. These practices are accessible, trauma-informed, and designed to meet you exactly where you are. Sessions are paced with care, ensuring you feel supported while building practical tools you can use anytime dissociation arises.
