Service Description
The pressures of life..
The job that you lost…
The bills that are piling up…
Your obligations to your family…
The things swirling in your head…
The troubles of life…
All these are causing you so much stress!
I don’t think anyone wants to constantly be stressed out. We want to have a happy life, where all our needs are met. We don’t want to be faced with difficulties. We want to avoid problems altogether. If only life could be like that, but reality bites – and it bites really hard.
Since we know that stress is something that inevitable, we have to adopt a different mindset altogether. Rather than running away from it, we just have to face it head on. But how do we do that?
I’m here to tell you that it’s time for you to start coping with stress because it’s not a new phenomenon.
• You have to become mindful of the things that you are allowing yourself to think.
• If you find yourself feeling overwhelmed, then try to remember to take a time out and breathe.
• When you are stressing out about failure, remember you are not always failing at everything.
While the demands of daily living have changed, the fact is that humans have been combating stress and utilizing it for their survival for centuries.
• The methods that humans have come up with over the years to cope with stress are vast and numerous, but one thing is for certain.
• Stress can be one of the biggest things to hold us back.
• If we learn positive coping mechanisms for our stressors, then we can easily become unstoppable.
But how can YOU benefit from it?
Here’s where I come in.
During our coaching session:
• You can learn to use stress management as a survival mechanism.
• You can begin to explore different ways of looking at stress.
• You can begin to manage stress better by acknowledging the power we have over ourselves and the outcomes we face.
• You can learn how to manage your stress in a way that can help you to become the best person you can possibly be.
• You can create the lifestyle of your dreams without the added negativity.
Obviously, you can’t learn all these in one session, so you just have to decide which is most helpful for you.
If you want to book multiple sessions with me then we can arrange that after our first session.

FAQs
Q: How does life coaching work?
A: Life coaching is a powerful process where a coach helps people fulfill their God-given potential and life purpose. The coachee (person being coached) identifies the challenges or issues that he/she needs to overcome, and through the help of a coach, sets workable goals that will allow him/her to experience breakthrough. Coaching is a very powerful process because it empowers people to think about their situation with intentionality, and identify the things that will help them achieve the goals that they have set out for themselves.
Q: What happens during a coaching session?
A: At the beginning of our program, we will set your coaching goal. Then we will break it into manageable chunks, which will be the basis for our coaching sessions. Every coaching session that you'll have with me will be part of an ongoing conversation that is geared toward helping you achieve your goals. All sessions will be results-oriented, which means that we always start by identifying what you want to take away after our conversation. Our conversations will follow a simple framework that will keep us focused on your desired results. This includes asking you questions that will give you the chance to think through the factors that influence your situation. We always end a coaching session with a solid plan for the week ahead. You commit to work on this plan, and I commit to hold you accountable for the actions that you commit to do.
Q: How long are the coaching sessions?
A: The sessions are 45 minutes in length. Although, there may be instances when we need to extend a few more minutes before we end a session. There is no additional fee for when this happens.
Q: How many sessions do I need?
A: A coaching journey is different for every person. Thus, the number of sessions you need largely depends on what you want to achieve. Most people sign up for coaching programs with specific goals in mind. Oftentimes, these are big goals that need to be broken down into smaller goals. These smaller goals are the focus for the coaching sessions, which when completed will bring them toward their overall desired results. This means that a coaching program will look different for every person, ultimately influencing the number of sessions a persons need to commit to.
Q: What will I have to do to make this work?
A: For coaching to work, you must be committed to make change happen in your life. You must be willing to do everything necessary to complete all the action steps you set for yourself. Most of all, you need to be totally open and honest about your self and your situations, and you must be willing to dig deeper into your life so you can get the answers you need. Your level of commitment to a coaching relationship will directly influence the speed at which you will achieve your desired results. My role as a coach is that of a facilitator. I steer the conversations toward the right direction and ask the right questions. I commit to hold you accountable for your commitments and to encourage you in every step that you take.
Q: What is your cancellation policy?
A: Cancellations are not allowed, but you are welcome to reschedule. If you wish to reschedule, please do so at least 48 hours before the scheduled session.
Q: What happens if I miss a session?
A: "No shows" will be charged the full amount for the session.
