What to Expect
Each session begins with a personalized check-in to understand your current stress patterns and how they show up in your body. We’ll use guided breathwork to slow your heart rate, gentle movement to release muscle tension, and somatic techniques to calm your nervous system. You’ll also learn simple, science-backed strategies you can use between sessions to manage stress before it builds up again.
Why Choose This Service
This approach blends nervous system science with body-based practices, addressing stress at its root instead of just treating symptoms. You’ll receive tailored strategies that work with your body’s natural healing capacity — not against it — so you can create lasting change rather than temporary relief. Sessions are compassionate, judgment-free, and designed to meet you exactly where you are.
