Adolescence and young adulthood is a time of transition, stress, and uncertainty. Often, teens are told to focus on everything at once: school, friends, family, jobs, the future, and extracurricular passions. It gets overwhelming. Christine Lively - The Teen Ally coaches teens and young adults ages 14-24 to clear the chaos so they can focus on what's most important to them.

Through years of teaching teens, parenting and coaching training, I have been trained to listen deeply, ask questions, and help teens decide what is most important to them. My coaching is evidence based on years of research and practice.Coaching sessions are one on one and confidential. 

A free 20 minute phone consultation is required before the coaching engagement begins. The consultation is first with parents, if the client is under 18, and then with the client to determine if coaching is the right fit for your needs, and for you to determine if my coaching style is a good fit for you.
