In each session, you’ll be guided through breath practices designed to regulate both body and mind. You’ll learn how to slow your breathing, activate the parasympathetic (rest-and-digest) response, and shift out of anxious, high-alert states. Gentle movement, posture awareness, and grounding techniques may be integrated to support the practice. Each session is tailored to your needs and comfort level, giving you tools you can use daily to lower blood pressure naturally and reduce anxiety long-term.
