Medical and Wellness Advisor-National Board-Certified Physician Assistant
Hello Everyone!!!
My mission is to provide personalized, evidence-based medical and wellness guidance to individuals managing chronic conditions such as hypertension, polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS), insomnia, diabetes, hypothyroidism, anxiety disorders, and high cholesterol. My goal is to empower clients with tailored strategies that improve their quality of life and health outcomes.
I will provide clients with general medical information and wellness advice, but I am not currently practicing as a licensed medical professional on this platform. If you have symptoms, need a diagnosis, or require medical treatment, it's best to consult a different healthcare professional.
I have practiced as a primary care physician assistant for over 25 years. With over 25 years of medical expertise, I am able to discuss general health tips, recommend vitamin supplements, provide nutrition guidance, fitness recommendations, recommend and order laboratory tests (Utilizing Quest Diagnostics Laboratories), promote mental wellness strategies, recommend self-care strategies, and discuss common illness prevention strategies.
