To ensure a safe, ethical, and empowering experience for all clients

1. Pre-Session Intake Form

All new clients must complete a brief intake form at least 24 hours before their first session. This allows your practitioner to prepare tailored guidance and ensure safe herbal or energetic support.

2. Age Requirement

Clients must be 18 years or older to book a session. Sessions for minors may be considered with written consent from a parent or guardian.

3. Virtual Access

All sessions are conducted via secure video call. A stable internet connection, private space, and working audio/video are required for full participation.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule without penalty.
• No-shows or late cancellations may forfeit the session fee unless rescheduled with valid cause.
• Free consultations cannot be rescheduled more than once.

5. Payment Policy
• Payment is due at the time of booking.
• Accepted methods: credit/debit card, PayPal, or secure digital invoice.
• No refunds on completed services, but credits may be issued case-by-case.
