n this calming session, you’ll learn how to use gentle breathing, quiet thinking (called mindfulness), and the natural scents of plants (called aromatherapy) to feel better in your body and mind.

We’ll smell special essential oils—like lavender or orange—that can help you feel relaxed, happy, or focused. You’ll also learn easy ways to pay attention to your breath and calm your thoughts when you feel stressed or tired. You will receive samples of selected oils to prior to the session to determine which oils resonate with you.

This session is great for adults who want to feel more peaceful, sleep better, or just need a break from a busy day. You don’t need to know anything ahead of time—just bring yourself and your curiosity!
