Service Description
The 12-week Move to Resilience Postpartum Health Coaching program is designed to empower moms to navigate the challenges of postpartum recovery with confidence, strength, and self-care. Led by Hennie Ng, a licensed physical therapist and mother, this program is all about supporting moms in reclaiming their pelvic health, managing pain, and restoring their physical and emotional well-being after childbirth.
Through the 12-week journey, moms will receive:
Personalized 1:1 coaching with Hennie to address individual postpartum needs and goals
Weekly education modules tailored to postpartum challenges like pelvic health, pain relief, and nutrition for moms
Group movement and self-care sessions twice a week to help moms reconnect with their bodies and feel strong again
Access to the Embodia app, providing mom-friendly exercises and resources to support healing and growth
A supportive community of fellow moms, offering connection, encouragement, and accountability along the way
Self-care practices designed to fit into the busy life of a mom, with actionable tools to build lifelong resilience and wellness
