If you are a new client, your health history form needs to be completed prior to the session.
Q: Do you have a cancellation policy?
A: Yes. Canceling inside of 24 hours, you will be charged a cancellation fee of ½ of the consult and the payment processing fees.
Q: Can I reschedule?
A: Yes. You can have 2 rescheduled consultations and the third you will be charged the full amount of the consult.
Q: How do I reschedule?
A: Cancel the original consultation and re-schedule a new session.
