Spiritual Coaching Session

In a typical spiritual session we discuss briefly what issues you want to address and then I use all the tools in my spiritual toolkit. Some possibilities include: I read your Human Design chart to help you understand your own skills, gifts, and energetic system, I use Chinese energy healing to remove negative limiting beliefs, cord cut, clear karma (including ancestral), strengthen your aura, and clear chakras, or we can pull tarot cards for intuitive guidance. I can also assist with implementing practical life tools to help you organize (hello Kon-Mari), increase self-love, and feel heard and seen.

For me to incorporate Human Design you will need to know your exact birth time, day, and place. If we do an energy healing session you should drink plenty of water before and after, as well as have no plans to drive heavy machinery or make any grand life altering decisions for the next several hours.
