Guilford is a census-designated place (CDP) in Franklin County, Pennsylvania, United States. The population was 2,923 at the 2020 census.
Franklin County is a county in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. As of the 2020 census, the population was 155,932. Its county seat is Chambersburg.
Franklin County comprises the Chambersburg–Waynesboro, PA metropolitan statistical area, which is also included in the Washington–Baltimore combined statistical area. The county is part of the South Central Pennsylvania region of the state.
Guilford is located in eastern Franklin County at 39°55′10″N 77°35′54″W (39.919506, -77.598262). It is primarily in Guilford Township, but a portion extends north into Greene Township. The area is also known as Guilford Hills.
