Service Description
Each Yoga Therapy session will cater to your particular needs based on information from your intake, physical and breath assessments, and what you share as your health goals.
During a session, you can expect the following:
-Check-In Conversation
-Movement / Yoga Postures
-Breathing Techniques
-Meditation / Mindfulness
-Guided Relaxation Practices (Yoga Nidra)
-Lifestyle Integration Assignments
Sessions are conducted via secure video call and will be between 60-75 minutes.
