Yoga Class: Private Session
This is a private yoga session between 1 student and myself as the yoga facilitator. We will discuss your goals and create a clear plan to help you reach them. This may include but is not limited to Vinyasa Yoga, Hatha Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Yin Yoga, Adaptive Yoga, Yoga Nidra, Meditation, and Prenatal Yoga.
This service is for ANY level. You may have never practiced before or may be a long time yoga student.
I teach from a Trauma Informed perspective so rest assured if trauma (physical or internal) is present we can work with it.

Yoga and Meditation Teacher
Hey there! My name is Kaitlin and I am so excited you are here.
I am very passionate about yoga and meditation and have been practicing since 2012 and teaching since 2020.
Some of specialities and interests include: Vinyasa and Hatha Yoga, Yoga Nidra, Restorative Yoga, Trauma Informed Yoga, Adaptive Yoga, Meditation, Yoga Nidra, Pranayama (breath practice).
I am very knowledgeable of the nervous system and the effects that Yoga and Meditation has on the nervous system and physical body. My goal for each class is to help guide my students from the Sympathetic Nervous System to the Parasympathetic Nervous System and to leave feeling better than they did before class.
I am also experienced with Yoga for Veterans, Active Duty Service Members, and their family, friends, and caregivers. I have a strong passion to teaching this community.
