Service Requirements
Service Requirements for Transformational Workplace Consulting
To ensure a smooth and successful consulting experience, the following service requirements must be met:
General Requirements
1. Initial Consultation
• A 60-minute consultation is required prior to the start of any project or service. This session will assess your organization’s needs, clarify goals, and outline the scope of work.
• Fee: $150 (applied to future services if contracted).
2. Contract and Scope of Work Agreement
• A signed contract outlining deliverables, timelines, and costs is required before any services are rendered.
• Adjustments to the scope of work must be agreed upon in writing.
3. Payment Terms
• For Hourly Services: Payment is due upon receipt of the invoice, issued weekly or bi-weekly.
• For Project-Based Services: A 50% deposit is required at contract signing, with the remaining balance due upon completion of the project.
• For Training Programs: Full payment or an agreed-upon deposit must be made at least 14 days before the scheduled session.
4. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
• Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 7 business days in advance for full refunds or to avoid a cancellation fee.
• Cancellations within less than 7 days will result in a forfeiture of 50% of the service fee.
5. Materials and Preparation
• Access to relevant documents, policies, and data is required to conduct assessments or develop tailored solutions.
• A point of contact within the organization must be designated to facilitate communication and logistics.
