No-shows will be charged the full session fee. If you're dissatisfied with a session, please contact us within 7 days to discuss a resolution.

A: Refunds for prepaid packages or sessions are only available if the request is made within 7 days of purchase and no sessions have been used. After 7 days, refunds are not available, but you may transfer the remaining sessions to another person.

A: We accept major credit cards and debit cards. Payments made by credit card will incur a 2.9% processing fee. This fee is non-refundable. However, you may be able to submit your receipt for reimbursement through your insurance provider if your plan covers holistic nutrition services.
